Refund Policy
1. No exchanges and refunds will be accepted.

2. As each bead is individually made, do expect slight imperfections on the beads due to the nature of the pattern transfers and styles.

3. All the beads are photographed in natural sunlight, colour may still vary 10-20% due to different screen configurations.

Shipping Policy
1. We deliver worldwide, Malaysia and internationally.

2. Please allow 1-3 working days to get your order ready while Poslaju requires another 1-5 working days for delivery within Malaysia

3. Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order. Shipping rates will be based on total weight of items. Please note that buyer is responsible to pay for import duty tax for international orders.

4. We ship via DHL e-commerce for orders within Malaysia and Aramex/DHL/UPS/SF Express for all other countries.
